AI-powered hospitality platform for hostels and boutique properties — built from the ground up as a Next.js 15 monorepo. Spans a guest-facing stay companion PWA, a property owner console, and a super admin portal, with a custom Anthropic Claude integration layer for in-stay AI assistance, smart itinerary planning, and contextual recommendations.

  • —Architected a 4-app Turborepo monorepo (traveler, admin, portal, marketing) with shared UI, AI, and DB packages
  • —Built a mobile-first guest PWA: AI chat, smart itinerary planner, hidden gems discovery, budget tracker, and travel gamification
  • —Integrated Anthropic Claude via a custom RAG + memory wrapper (@glu/ai) for contextual in-stay assistance
